Circular, dated 28 May 68, from the Front 7 Pend-Tng Sec to various units informs them that the following units were granted Liberation Military Exploits medals for exploits recorded during the First part of the 1968 Spring General Offensive and General Uprising: 1. Third Class Liberation Military Exploit Medals: E2, K32, K14, and K4, E2. 2. First Class Liberation Military Exploit Medals: K8, K10, C14 (12.7mm) E2, C2 K10, and C4 K10. 3. Second Class Liberation Military Exploit Medals: C1 K14 and C3 K6 E2. 4. Third Class Liberation Military Exploit Medals: C3 K5 E2, C3 K8, C2 K8, and C18.
