Order #159/VP, dated 15 Sep 68, signed by Quang Huy, Chairman of the Emulation Board, B26 ((poss Phú Cat Dist Unit Binh Dinh Prov, Region 5)), reveals that 16 individuals and 14 elements of Phu Cat Dist, Forces were recommended for either "Bác Ho ((Uncle Ho Chi Minh)) Medals, letters of appreciation, certificates of Command-ation or citations. The majority of the persons recommend-ed for award were native of N2-K2 and N9 K2 ((pose hamlets of Cat Hanh Vill)). They had completed their duty out-standingly during the 1st Phase of X2 ((poss 21 Gen Offensive)) between Jul and Sep 68. Among these were two KIA, Nguyên Nhu Soh and Nguyễn Hữu Hà.
