(CONFIDENTIAL) (U) Mil Proselyting Directive by H.205, MR IV. (C) Directive, dated 19 Sep 66, prepared by H.205, instructs its cadre and the subordinate X's to submit special reports to this agency to facilitate the planning of more specific plans for mil proselyting activities. Reports should cover details on strength, type, and size of RVN units manning local posts, including names of key personnel, of tyrants, and their morale status; attitudes of RVNAF personnel toward the Americans; and the dissention between RVNAF and US personnel. Reports should also include mil proselyting plans made by the local agencies. Addressees were requested to submit their reports to H.205 prior to 25 Sep 66.
