Summarize (1) Appropriate plans will be worked out to fulfill the "strategic" missions previously assigned by higher H. Armed elements of each Vill Unit should initiate decisive and repeated attacks against objectives as prescribed in Orders #1 and c. (2) In Vill where units from higher H were positioned, a close co-operation between the Vill Unit and other related units from higher HQ should be attained. (3) Continuous attacks will be directed against strategic communication routes and enemy defensive posts. Emphasis should also be placed on shooting at aircraft that have assumed supply activities.
