Item 2: (12 pages, handwritten; B-3) Record book, with undated entries, prepared by an unidentified member of R19 (possibly the Ninh Diêm Village Party Chapter, Ninh Hoa District), contains two rosters listing the names and biographical data of 81 members of Puppet (RVN) agencies and units, and 15 members of the (RVN) Administrative Council of the Village who were to be killed, warned or indoctrinated. The document also contains a brief statement on the "crimes" committed by these people from 1960 to 1968. They were natives of Ba Ha, Ngân Ha, Thuy Dam, My Luong, Phu Tho and Phuoc Da (Hamlets).
