It further reveals that a VC Captain named Suu, native of Nam Đinh Province in NVN, was captured by the RVNAF on his way back from Xuân Tac's location to Trung Son's. Xuan Tac stated that a large number of people had just arrived from NVN and that he acquired information on NVN through a meeting with artillery personnel of Cong Truong 9.
