Thanh of the Staff ((Section)) of D2 ((possibly aka E2, or 2nd Main Force Regiment, VC Military Region 3)), to the Command Committee of ((Unit)) T70, pertains to the activities of the 41st and 44th ((RVNAF)) Ranger Battalions in the vicinity of Canals 1, 2, and 3, Canal Lo Ren, and Canal Don Gióng, and those of elements of the 32nd ((RVNAF)) Regiment, 21st ((RVNAF)) Infantry Division, in the Tri Phai and B. Bach areas. (U) Item 4 (3 pages, handwritten; -B-3) Report, dated 17 Oct 70, from Huynh X. Thanh ((see Item 3)), to the Command Committee of ((Unit)) T70, pertains to the activities of the 41st and 44th ((RVNAF)) Ranger Battalions and the 32nd ((RVNAF)) Regiment in the Vinh Thuan, Trí Phải, Thới Bình, and Cái Tàu River areas. On the back of the document is a letter, dated 17 Oct 70, from Nguyen Khoa to Brother Tu, which informs the addressee that tomorrow ((18 Oct 70)), enemy ((RVNAF)) troops in the Tri Phai area would probably spread.
