On the same night, six other VC encountered the FVMAF/RVNAF; no casualties. On the night of 29 Apr [68], Huohe's cell engaged FMF/RVNAF on Route #8 and lost two AK assault rifles. Huong of U/I unit was assigned to Tarty Chapter 88 for unspecified mission. FMF/RVNAF often set ambushes from 44 to 46 km stone. Tuah was seriously wounded and taken to U/I Med Sec, Dan was KIA; body carried away by RVNAF troops. Doc discloses ongoing operational issues and personnel reinforcements.
