Directive, undtd, prepared by an U/I agency, addressed to all subordinate units, outlines the characteristics and employment of various types of explosive to include H, C, AT (also called Ameton), TNT and "To-Ri-To-Lan" VN phonetics. It was pointed out that H explosive (also known as He Xo Ren) can be used in the manufacture of bangalore torpedoes, shaped charge grenades and a variety of mines.
