Document states that we ((VC/NVA)) are presently con-ducting large-scale attacks on enemy facilities where a large number of important documents may be found such documents can be a great asset for tactical and strategic operations against the enemy. Therefore, all ((VC/NVA)) units were directed to gather important enemy documents relating to personnel strength, "secret techniques", and especially those doc concerning military and intelligence activities during their future attacks.
