Draft of an Achievement Report, undated, prepared by a member of Youth Group Chapter, K93, J22 ((poss C93 Btry, 22d Arty Bn, 5th VC Div), reveals that the Chapter has successfully carried out its assigned missions during the "Third Phase" (poss Third General Offensive) initiated from 17 Aug to 20 Sep 68. Document, however, admits that a number of members of the Chapter were still displaying a low fighting determination and poor internal solidarity. In addition, document also discloses that K93 was short of personnel and that disease was prevalent among its cadre and members.
