Item #3: PHS, dated 15 Feb 66, prepared by Bang Chin aka Son aka Dang The Anh, member of Phu Cat Dist Current Affairs Committee, reveals that Chin was born in 1928 in Chánh An Vill, Phù Cát Dist, Bình Định Prov, joined the Revolution VC in Aug 45, returned to RVN on 24 May 61 from regroupment to North VN in Dec 54. He formerly served in D15 and subsequently was reassigned to Phu Cat Dist Unit on 7 Jul 63. Chin was awarded the Third Class Mil Exploits Medal, 14 letters of appreciation and a number of letters of commendation.
