He joined the VC guerrillas of Hong Hai Vill on 30 Jun 66 and was assigned to Unit 541 prob 145th Arty Bn, MR 67 on 20 Sep 66. The PHS was certified by Loi and Nhan of an U/I Chapter Party Committee on 29 Jul 67.
