Letter of Introduction 02/GTSH, dated 26 Mar 72, signed by Dinh Van Sam, Secretary of the Party Chapter of K10 ((possibly the 10th Co, 6th Bn)), introduces Nguyen Van Binh to the Party Committee of Unit Ba Tri, and recommends that he be permitted to participate in Party activities. Binh was admitted to the Party as a probationary Party member in Dec 65 and became an official Party member in Jan 67. The document was endorsed by an unidentified member of the Current Affairs Committee of the ((6th Bn's)) Party Committee.
