Eight diagnostic slips, dated between 13 and 19 May 70, signed illegibly by a medical student for a hospital of S.26 ((possibly Rear Service Group 86, Rear Service Staff Department, Headquarters, SVNLA)), were prepared for eight patients, admitted to the hospital between 13 and 22 May 70. They are natives of NVN, who enlisted from Jul 68 to 4 Sep 69, and infiltrated SVN with D2196, D2197, D2198, and D2203 ((possibly Infiltration Groups 2196, 2197, 2198, and 2203)), in Feb 70.
