Directive, dated 24 Feb 71, prepared by the Political Section of 300 ((possibly VC Daklak Province Unit)), informs all subordinates of recent enemy (FWMAF/RVNAF)) bombings of ((VC)) food production areas in ((VC Daklak)) Province. All subordinate food production elements were urged not to become demoralized by such enemy actions. Instead, they should construct additional combat positions and shelters, and enforce all existing security regulations.
