Van states that there are eight metric tons of rice at C10B, including 3,500 kilograms of rice received from Binh Tuy Province, (VC Military Region 6). The author's unit recently transported a quantity of this rice to C1OC. The addressee was requested to send various X's (possibly transportation teams) to the author's unit to assume rice transportation duty.
