PHS, prepared on 12 Jul 68, by Nguyen Van Quang reveals that he was born in 1927 at Hiep Phu, Thu Duc Dist, Gia Dinh Prov, enlisted in ((Viet Minh)) on 12 May 50 and was dis- charges on 3 Aug 60.
