Handwritten Note, dated 16 Jul 67, from Tam Ty, member of the Medical Station of LBNJ, to Ba of H5, informs the latter that the Medical Station of LBNIJ was discovered and destroyed by Allied aircraft. Ti Son, Asst Ldr of the Area, was killed and medicine as well as junks were damaged during air-strikes. Ty reports that he and his two Assistants lost contact with personnel in charge of the Area and two WIA at the Medical Station could not be evacuated and were left untreated.
