(3) Increase Youth Group members for the 1967-68 Spring Campaign", with emphasis on the "work areas", cities, and schools. (4) Accomplish the activation of Vanguard Teenagers Group by the end of Feb [68]. (5) Consolidate the Vill Unit, Youth Group Chapter, and Women's Liberation Association in villages. (6) Develop production and increase local funds. It was revealed that the Dist Youth Group would celebrate the "SVN Liberation Labor Day" on 18th day of each month in order to raise "Liberation Funds" in villages.
