Travel order, dated 13 Jul 71, signed by Bui Huu Hung for the Security Section, Sub-Region 5 ((presently known as Thú Biên Sub-Region Party Committee)), states that Nam Trung, a security cadre in ((Thú Biên)) Sub-Region, was authorized to perform a TDY mission at the Administrative Section of an entry and exit point subordinate to the Rear Service Staff, ((Thú Biên)) Sub-Region, which was located at Binh My Village, Tân Uyên District ((Thu Bien Sub-Region)). The Party, Chapter of ((Binh My)) Village and other local agencies were to assist Nam Trung in accomplishing his assigned mission.
