Hanh was born in 1947 in Hoi My Village, Long Dat District, Ba Ria - Long Khanh Province, and joined the Revolution in Dec 63. Hanh's parents are Nguyễn Văn Nuôi and Nguyễn Thi Khỏe. Man was born in 1941 in Phuoc Thanh Village, Long Dat District, and joined the Revolution in 1962. Man's parents are Trang Van Loc and Mai Thi Nhủt.
