Transcript of messages 33, 35, 43, and 45, dated between 18 and 30 Apr 70, from Kim Son and Ba Hoa ((possibly cadre of Rear Service Group 84 Headquarters)), to Lê Tam of C10, instructs the addressee to: (1) Send an accountant to S ((possibly $24)), aka Group 84, before 30 Apr 70 to explain the amount of money that C10 delivered to D61 9 ((possibly a field dispensary of Group 84)). (2) Deliver 30 metric tons of goods ((to an unspecified unit)). (3) Exchange cereals with T7 ((possibly VC Military Region 7 Headquarters)) for money instead of waiting for funds from Group 84. Group 84 was now running out of money. (4) Send men to E33 ((possibly 33rd NVA Regiment, VC Military Region 7)) to investigate a complaint made by Group Quyêé Thang ((aka E33)), that there was a food shortage. It was necessary for C10 to observe the food rationing regulations prescribed by "Cue" ((possibly Rear Service Staff Department, Headquarters, SVNLA)) which were 19 kilograms ((of rice)) per month for each member serving in forward elements and 18 kilograms for those in rear elements. Ky Son states that he has not yet met Ba Cd, Nan Hanh, and Tam Cuong at Group ((84)) Headquarters because these cadre were on TDY at C4 and the front line. According to Ky Son, "Cuc" has shown its appreciation of C10's valuable support of B33. (5) Continue to buy medical supplies but pursuade suppliers to lower the prices.
