The document states that a medical examination board would be activated in each regiment and would consist of representatives of the Medical Battalion, Medical Unit 33, representatives of the Convalescence Unit, the Chief of the Regimental Medical Sub-Section, the Field Grade Political Officer, and the chief of the dispensary, to select wounded and sick personnel to be sent to NVN.
