One of these photos shows a gp of girls carrying banners written in Chinese and Vietnamese, passing a building poss Communication Bank on Hàm Nghi St. Some of the banners read: "Protest the government's repression of the people," "Protest the conscription," "Request improvement of sanitation." Items 5 and 6: Directive in Chinese, dtd 1967, prepared by Board of Directors, instructs all Party Chapters, Party and Gp mbr to intensify the motivation of populace and propaganda activities, especially in the Saigon-Cholon area, as well as development of the local agents. Item 7: Circular in Chinese and Vietnamese, dtd 8 Oct 67, prepared by the Command Committee of Inner-City epper Co, Saigon-Cholon-Giadinh M, pertains to the attack of the Nationalist China Embassy and the sabotage conducted on 18, 19 Sep, 2 and 7 Oct 67. Item #8: The "Hung Chi" [Red Flag bi-weekly Magazine in Chinese characters, issue 17, published on 1 Sep 62 by New China Fublishing House, Peking, Communist China, contains the fol subjects: "Effectively increase Industrial output and enterprise," "The glorious achievements gained by the Koreans in developing the Socialism," and "The truth about Unconventional Warfare."
