Record Notebook, undated entries maintained possibly by Pham Viet Uy, records names of 12 members of Al poss 1st Sqd, 1st Plat who were equipped with two AK rifles and 200 rounds of ammo. Weapons on hand of 2d Sqd included four AK rifles and 200 rounds of ammo. Weapons on hand of the 3d Sqd included two AK and 200 rounds of ammo. The document also records names of 10 soldiers of 4th Sqd, 2d Plat, nine of 5th Sqd and 10 of 6th Sqd including Phan Viet Quy. The weapons assigned to 2d Plat consist of eight AK rifles with 610 rounds of ammo, and one CKC with 20 rounds of ammo.
