Letter, dated 1 Sep 68, signed by Vu Bao of Unit 70-A (poss Mil Staff, Queng Da SZ, MR 5), sent to E36 (poss 36th NVA Regt) and E141 (poss 141st NVA Regt, Quang Da SZ, MR 5), reveals that in order to improve technical ability in repairing Sig equipment, each addressee was instructed to send two men to attend to a refresher Sig Training course to be conducted by Front 4. Each trainee was to be issued rice rations for a month, and on 5 Oct 68, would be present at Q Station, Front 4 to be led to the Training Course.
