The leaflets state that the VN Lao Dong Party disregards the NFLSVN and establishes the VN Alliance of National, Democratic and Peace Forces, and claims that this move is merely a deception. Ba Son was also informed that 101 National Police agents would start a training course on 5 Sep 68 at #70, Duy Tan Street, ((Nha Trang City)). Ba Son was directed to check this information and report the results MR ((5)) HQ.
