Circular, dated 28 Oct 68, signed by Nguyen Van Minh for the Command Committee, ((poss of Chau Thanh)) Dist Unit, LBN 107A, informs subordinate units that Duong Van Khoach aka Ut, a polit cadre of the Dist Unit HQ and former Polit off of C62 ((poss Châu Thanh Dist Local Co)), was captured on 27 Oct 68 in Hamlet 4, Hoa Loi Vill. Khoach was reported to have cooperated, with the enemy ((FWMAP/RVNA)) and as a result, the enemy discovered the caches of the guerrillas in Hamlet 4 and captured three small weapons. Khoach was still cooperating with the enemy by locating C62, the Arty C ((Co)) and other units in this vill. Addressees were advised to take precautionary actions and strive to kill Khoach.
