Request for clothing supplies with envelope, dated 16 Nov 68, authenticated by Niem, of the Rr US Cav Div Svc Sec, Mil Affairs Committee of K25 ((poss Phuoc Binh Dist(Airmobile) Party Committee, Phuoc Long Prov, MR 10)), addressed to the Finance and Economy Sec of K25 at K14, requests that the following supplies be issued to the personnel of this section: 78 sets of pajamas, 15 hammocks 20 short pants and 12 blankets. Also contained is a roster, listing names of 91 members including ten females who needed clothing supplies, revealing that 15 members were assigned to the Admin Staff, ten to B1, ten to B2, 12 to B3, 11 to B4, six to B5, eight to Commo-Liaison Unit 1, 11 to Commo-Liaison Unit 2, three to Commo-Liaison Unit 3 and five to the Ordnance Shop. Roster, undated and unsigned, prepared by an U/I unit, lists names of eight guerrillas of Hamlet 1, 13 guerrillas of Hamlet 2, and 15 Class A civilian laborers to be employed in the front line, 12 Class B laborers to be employed in the intermediate line, 11 Class C civilian laborers to be employed in the rear line, and nine members of an U/I elm equipped with two AK, one CKC, three semi-automatic rifles and three carbines.
