Note, dated 5 Nov 68, from an unspecified individual to Ba, informs the latter that of the three houses to be rented in Saigon ((City)), one was rented for 2,000 piasters a month, and the two others would be rented in the immediate future. The author of the note relates that he would bring the ((RVN)) Security Service Personnel ID cards, Certificates of Release ((for VC returnees)), and Student ID Cards to Ba. He relates that the recruitment of one agent of the Secret Security Service by Mr Thieu and one student of draft age were carried out, and further informs Ba that the use of the same ink for the ((counterfeit)) Census Cards may be "dangerous".
