Letter, dated 3 Hay 67, signed by Chanh, untitled, addressed to Chinh, of an U/I unit, reveals that Chanh had received, the mission of killing (28 Jul 67 of GVN local official named Tron but has so far been unable to carry out this mission because the man went to sleep in Long Thanh town of Long Thanh District, Ba Biên Prov 7 every night. Subject disclosed that he expected to assassinate this man on the arrival of an unspecified Theater Group in Long Thanh but wondered whether he could carry out this mission with a Carbine.
