Personal letter with envelope, undated, from Thu Ne to Brother Le Xuân Sinh, Crypto ((Section)) of Khu ((Area)) 2 ((Hoa Vang District', VC Quang Da Province Party Committee VC Region 5)), reads in part as follows: "My agency is presently located near the lowland area. From here, we can see your area of responsibility and the costal areas. Ninh and Quyen were assigned to the ((VC)) Military Region ((5)) for TDY on 22 Jan 72. I sometimes receive letters from Thoa, Kieu and Ngoc. I do not know why Sisters Lien and Hue did not write to me. Brother Luy of MT4 ((possibly VC Quang Da Special Zone)) went to NVN near the end of 1971."
