VC. RV village officials' activities cannot be suppressed yet due to the shortage of cadre; rice is available but no laborers to transport it. The report also contains a request from this village agency [exact location unknown] to the district authority, for cadre who are familiar with the local area, for 50 to 70 civilian laborers for transporting rice; and one 60mm mortar cell with 20 shells for harassing the village to the opposite direction. It reveals that there are two 60mm mortars at the district.
