Report, dated 14 Apr 66, signed by Trinh Quoc Anh, Acting Chief of Staff, for the Command Committee of Tay Ninh Province Unit, addressed to the Rear Service Section, reveals that due to the larger (3 times) quantity of emergency correspondence to be dispatched from the districts located far from the Province Unit during Feb, Mar and Apr 66 and to the lack of headlights for night travelling, three bicycles broke down due to the poor condition of the roads. The Rear Service Section was requested to issue to the Province Emergency Signal Liaison Station three new bicycles with headlights to ensure proper execution of missions.
