Some of the photos show a students' meeting in Saigon, the result of the explosion at the Metropole Hotel and US Embassy. A seal stamped on the back of a photo reads: Liberation Front Exhibition. The majority of photos were cut from newspapers or magazines. Letter of Appreciation, attached to the document, dated 31 Dec 66, signed by Cong of B13 Command Committee, issued to Phan Văn Quân of B13 for his enthusiasm for assigned missions in 1965. Designation "Indoctrination-Culture-Information Section-B13" was the heading of the letter. CDEC Comment: Originals passed to CICV.
